Ordering App Terms and Conditions

The contactless ordering app is provided through EPOSTouch, please find below terms and conditions for use:

Refunds / Replacements

If we need to refund your payment made through the app, it will be refunded to the card which may take 3-4 working days to show up on your statement.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, once you place an order through the app, it will not be possible to cancel or amend your order so please ensure your order is correct before placing it.

Delivery

Food will be delivered to the table you chose on the app, if you change tables, you must inform a member of staff so that we can update the kitchen. We do not offer takeaway options through the app.
