The contactless ordering app is provided through EPOSTouch, please find below terms and conditions for use:
Refunds / Replacements
If we need to refund your payment made through the app, it will be refunded to the card which may take 3-4 working days to show up on your statement.
Unfortunately, once you place an order through the app, it will not be possible to cancel or amend your order so please ensure your order is correct before placing it.
Food will be delivered to the table you chose on the app, if you change tables, you must inform a member of staff so that we can update the kitchen. We do not offer takeaway options through the app.Wait time When you are seated to a table, a member of staff will inform you of the current estimated wait time. However, due to the possibility of multiple tables being placed all at once through the app, this wait time might exceed the expected time. By placing your order through the app, you acknowledge that the current wait time may change at any time, but a member of staff will try to keep you informed.
